Longevity therapeutics

Every human life, to 100.

Bunker Longevity builds drug discovery on open protein models, so more candidates can be designed and tested every year. Our goal is a healthy human lifespan of 100.

The proteins of aging

Each of these proteins sits on a pathway linked to how cells age. Select one to load its experimental structure, then click any residue to see what it is.

Design, test and learn in one loop

01 — Design

Open protein models

We generate and rank candidates against aging targets with open-weight models for folding, design and docking.

02 — Test

Automated bench

Every shortlisted design compiles to an Opentrons protocol and is tested in our lab within days.

03 — Learn

Closed loop

Assay results flow back into the models, so each round of design starts from better predictions.

Mission

Curing one disease of old age adds a few years; the others are waiting behind it. Treating aging itself is the only approach whose benefits compound, and it is limited by how many candidates can be designed and tested each year. That is the loop we are shortening.

The platform, open to researchers

The open models our programs run on, hosted with pinned versions. Free for academic aging labs; commercial and self-hosted deployments by application.
